It was my birthday yesterday! Happy birthday to me! I received lots of love and my heart is full. 💜
The week leading up to it was great too!
🎞️ Projects 🎞️
At the beginning of the week, I "renewed" my agreement with Ari regarding supporting her Vtubing activities! 🥺💜 I had initially agreed to a 3 month trial, almost like a probation period for both of us to consider if this is something we want to pursue for a longer period of time. Fortunately for me, Ari decided not to get rid of me, so I can now bother her on a more official basis. ✅ On paper I'm her Personal Support Mage, so I guess she's the Party Leader. 🤣
I'll continue to try my best to be helpful! 🥺
Then on Saturday, my cover of Samsa/ Zamza with Nagi was published!
Although I made the video with the intention of giving it to Nagi, I do feel that it's a shame that the video didn't get more views. 🥺💔 We collectively put our best foot forward for this cover, so it would have been nice if we got more recognition for our efforts. Oh well! I'm still happy to have worked on something together. 💜
After a few days of rest my ears and mind felt clear enough to work on the next cover! Got a bit of practice in, and concluded that I need more of it. 🥺 I hope I make good progress this week! 🎵

Completed a few things this week!
Finished a playthrough of Green Hell's first story campaign. 🤔 It was labeled as the "bad end", but it was most definitely the canon end, so I still take it as a win. :P
Cleared the final boss of FFXIV's Corvosi Criterion dungeon! 🎉 Now my friends and I are farming the advanced version of the dungeon (which is way easier) for credits to exchange for limited items. :D I don't really have anything I want to farm for, but I get to spend time in good company, so why not!
Finally purchased a copy of Sonic Racing: Crossworlds for myself during the Steam Spring Sale, and played a few rounds online with Ari and Yuraia! :D

My partner took time off to extend my birthday into a birth-weekend! 🎂🤔💜 Played games, ate food, and touched a fair amount of grass every day. :)
My mother and partner asked what I wanted for my birthday some time ago, and I said I wanted to have instant noodles with many prawn wantons (dumplings), lettuce, and an egg... to which my mother said, "Why so pathetic? I can make that for you anytime..." 🤣🤣🤣 So my partner took on that request, and I made a list of other things for my mother to consider:
A fun-shaped ice tray for my daily cup of iced instant coffee
A rectangular claw clip as all my previous clips from her have snapped under the weight of my hair
A set of colored pens for writing cards and updating my schedule
An animal fridge magnet with magnets in all 4 limbs so that they can securely hold on to notes on my fridge
... and she decided to buy more than 1 of all 4 items. 🤣 Maybe she felt that the items were affordable, so she might as well get them all since I would use them on a daily basis. She also told me that she got several of each item because she wasn't sure what colors I wanted, or she found nicer ones at a later time. Nevertheless, it was nice receiving the huge care package, although I would have been happy with just 1 item too, specially chosen for me. 💜
The handmade birthday card that came along with the gifts is now safely stored in my box of precious items! 💖
The night before, Ari also surprised me with a heartfelt message and a Pokemon Pokopia Ditto trainer inspired illustration of me that she got commissioned from Yaekia! 🥹💜 And my partner entertained my repeated questions of, "Am I a well loved person?" for the whole day. Over pizza my niece tried to make me feel special over lunch (in her own way, by asking what I wanted for my cake next year, and by offering to save me a slice of her birthday cake that she chose for herself even if I couldn't attend her party). Most importantly, I was happy just to be remembered by my closest friends and family.
All in all, it was a good day! ⭐️

♪ Practice and record the next cover!
☆ Week 12 of 7.4 Savage Raids: 2nd last session for the year! (Because the next savage raid tier will only be next year.)
☆ Get lucky with loot rolls so that my friends can redeem more items in FFXIV!
☆ Complete something I planned to make, but haven't had the time to work on.
